I rather predicted this. The only difference is that the case appears to be American Center for Law and Justice v. Obama, and not Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, Savage, Ingraham, et al. v. Obama (Mark Levin, lead counsel, appearing in pro se and on behalf of the rest).
